Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required. Please ensure products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during return transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the product.
Note: Large, customized, or high-value wellness equipment—such as Luxury saunas, cold plunge tubs —may be considered final sale if opened or used.
